About PRG: This section gives you the basic run down of what government accountability means, what service efforts and accomplishments (SEA) reporting is, what SEA performance measures are, and how it all fits into the "big picture" of performance management.
Citizen Focus: This section is meant to help you, the citizen, understand in easy terms what government accountability means and how you can help your government be more accountable to you and your neighbors.
GASB Project: The Governmental Accounting Standards Board has been hard at work for several years in the area of service efforts and accomplishments and the reporting thereof. This section includes a summary of our research, along with specific details of our research and publications. This includes the results from two surveys, more than a dozen case studies, research reports, and discussion groups.
Reporting Initiatives: The number of governments and organizations that report their SEA performance is growing exponentially. Each initiative is unique and monumental in its own right. To see what these government institutions and organizations are doing, several reports, manuals, handbooks, surveys, and case studies are highlighted here.
Reporting Contacts: Whether you are a seasoned veteran of SEA reporting or just starting down this path of public accountability, the contacts listed here are a few people who are actively involved in this exciting field.

Sloan Grantee Forum: The Alfred P. Sloan Foundation has provided funding to many organizations working to further the efforts of citizens and government. This is a private forum for grantees to discuss their experiences and any questions they may have.
