Developing and Choosing SEA Performance Measures
This forum covers any issues regarding how to develop a performance measurement system and how to identify and select SEA performance measures for use in that system. Possible topics might include: sources of measures for specific services (i.e. corrections or highway maintenance), examples of public entities that have already developed and implemented a comprehensive performance measurement program, and who to involve in order to ensure the selection of suitable indicators.
